Hey Backers,

Before receiving your reward, each of you will be required to fill out a survey. All surveys were sent out yesterday via email around 7:30 PM MDT. Please look for this email from BackerKit now and give us your response as soon as possible. YOU MUST TAKE THIS SURVEY IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR REWARD.

If you would like to add additional items to your order, you will be able to do that through the survey process as well.

Hi Backers,

We just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU so much for your support! YOU are the reason we keep coming back to Kickstarter and do our best each day to make the most functional products ever.

So you may be asking - What happens next? How do I give you my shipping address? When will we get our rewards? How do I make sure my order is correct? Can I change my order? Etc… We know you have a lot of questions. So, as promised, today we want to go over some FAQ’s and make sure everyone is on the same page:

What happens next?

In about 2-3 weeks, we will be sending out a survey via Backerkit that you must complete in order to receive your reward. You will be sent an email to the email address associated with your Kickstarter account. The subject line of the email will be: "Response Needed -- Get your reward for The Nomatic Roller Luggage” (or something close to that) So keep an eye out for this email.

What is Backerkit?   

Backerkit is a platform that enables us to gather all your shipping information, rewards, and add-ons to make sure we send you the right stuff to the right place. This is also the time and place for you to get some additional NOMATIC Luggage and/or add-ons at discounted pricing and save on shipping.

When will we get our rewards?

As promised in our Kickstarter campaign, the current timeline is to ship all rewards by the end of November at the latest.  As the time for delivery gets closer, we will give you further communication on what to expect with delivery dates.  We have already started production and fully anticipate that we will be able to deliver on time.

Can I buy more luggage or change my order? 

Yes!  If you would like to purchase more luggage or add-ons that you missed during the campaign, you will be able to add those items to your purchase during the Backerkit survey process.  Also, if you wish to change your order in any way, you will be able to do so during the survey.

My payment failed, can I still get a reward? 

Yes! If your payment failed via Kickstarter, there's still a chance for you to get your same rewards for the Early Bird Kickstarter price. You will still have a survey emailed to you, but it will show that you pledged $0. You will be able to pick whichever reward and add-ons you want, and then pay with a credit card. Some international payment methods (particularly international bank cards) might not work with Backerkit's payment system. So, you may have to use a credit card for the payment to go through.

Hopefully these FAQ's were helpful.  Again we are so grateful for your support and can’t wait to get this luggage into your hands!

1. Click the green “Manage Your Pledge” Button at the top of our campaign page.

2. Then click "Change your Pledge" 

3. Increase "Pledge Amount" $50 to add the Apparel Sleeve, $20 to add the Shoe Cube or $70 to add both.

4. Click "Continue", and that’s it! We will finalize all rewards on the post Kickstarter survey.

Kickstarter Live Event - Postponed

Hey Backers, 

We have decided to delay our Kickstarter live event until next Tuesday 5/21 at 4:30pm (MDT)

One of our employees is currently traveling and testing the Carry-On Classic and we want to make sure we have all 3 luggage pieces for the live event. Also, it turns out Kickstarter has disabled their “Kickstarter Live” feature. We still want to do a live Q&A so we are going to host it on our Facebook page here:
