Hey Backers,

We just wanted to post an update to close out this campaign and send a big thank you for your support…. So THANK YOU! 

Everyone who has filled out their survey should have received their products by now. If you haven't, the best way to get a hold of us is email. We have created an email specifically for Kickstarter requests: [email protected]  - Please don't comment here on kickstarter, or post on our social channels with specific questions. By sending us an email, it starts a ticket and we are able to keep it all in one place to make sure your concerns are resolved.

This has been a crazy experience for us dealing with all the tariff constraints shipping out of China. We are aware this has caused a few headaches on shipping times and not getting all of the items in your rewards. We are so sorry if this affected you and we are doing our best to make it right. Please have patience with us. We will make sure you all get the rewards you deserve. 

It has been fun to see your detailed reviews and feedback. We are constantly taking notes and applying changes where it makes sense to improve these products in the future. This is why we LOVE Kickstarter!

For those of you that have not received your orders or tracking numbers, chances are you have not completed your survey. Please make sure to take this survey so that we can have your shipping address. If you are not sure if you have completed your survey yet, you can check the status of your survey in the following link:

Final Shipping Update for NOMATIC Roller Luggage

Hey Backers,

As of October 21st, all surveys were locked and submitted to our warehouses! Our team cannot make any changes to your pledge at this time which includes changing the shipping address, adding on additional products, or changing the chosen reward level.

If you have not filled out your survey please do this ASAP or your shipment may be delayed.

SHIPPING TIMES:

North and South America – All rewards will ship the first two weeks in November. Please don’t email us asking where your shipment is :) you will get a tracking number for each luggage piece you ordered before November 15th... If not, feel free to email us after that shipping window at [email protected] and we will do our best to take care of you.

Rest of the world – Carry-on Classic and Check-In’s will ship the first two weeks in November BUT Carry-on Pro’s will ship out separately towards the end of November. Please note that because of the delay in the Carry on Pro’s shipping internationally, they will ship separately with a separate tracking number. Our hope is that they ship the last week in November, but with that week being the busiest shipping season of the entire year, there is a small chance they ship out the first week of December.

In the end, we are going to do everything we can to make sure everyone gets the rewards they deserve in November as promised, but please be patient with us, shipping times are sometimes out of our control.

Please read this ENTIRE update as there is some important shipping information (especially if you are international and selected the Carry-On Pro)

Great news, all the rewards are on the water from our factories and will be arriving in warehouses all over the world in the coming weeks. It's looking like all shipments will be sent out in the month of November as we originally promised... WOOHOO! Here are the specifics:

North and South America – All rewards will ship the first two weeks in November. Please don’t email us asking where your shipment is :) you will get a tracking number for each luggage piece you ordered before November 15th... Hey Backers,

Just as promised, we are still on track to deliver your luggage rewards in November. Our team has been working effortlessly to make this happen, and we are so excited to get this luggage in your hands.

We have a couple house cleaning items to take care of in order to make this timeline happen.

* WE WILL LOCK DOWN SURVEYS ON OCTOBER 16th

*This is also your last chance to get special Kickstarter pricing on Luggage, and travel accessories offered in our campaign (Compression packing cubes, Shoe cube’s, Tech Case Etc… ) *Quick note, every luggage piece will come with a luggage tag included free of charge, this means that you do not need to add an extra one in your survey, if you have done this, feel free to remove it… unless you actually want two luggage tags for some reason J

If you need to change your shipping address read this (If not, skip to next section):

If you need to update your address because you have moved or will be moving within the next two weeks, now is your chance. We will be locking down all addresses October 16th.

Timeline for shipments and receiving your rewards:

On October 16th we will lock down your orders, which means that additional purchases made through Backerkit will be charged to your credit card on that day. The next two weeks are your last chance to change your address and rewards so please make sure to follow the steps above now if you need to make any changes.

To ensure that your order is fulfilled quickly and efficiently please provide your address in only English Characters and ship to your residential address. PO Boxes are not supported in our fulfillment software system and WILL CAUSE DELAYS IN YOUR ORDER.

Shipping will not be by backer number but in a batched process. We will be shipping orders from our 3 new warehouses which are in Canada, The U.S, and in Europe. All 3 warehouses will be receiving inventory towards the end of October. As soon as the inventory has been received into each warehouse our fulfillment partners will start to ship out your order. At this time we do not have an exact shipping schedule for orders as customs clearance procedures and timelines vary for each warehouse and shipment.

Please refer to our “Customs and Duties Information” and “Shipping Policy” as stated in our campaign with further shipping questions or concerns.

“CUSTOMS & DUTIES INFORMATION

NOMATIC cannot mark orders as gifts. This is illegal, so we will not be able to do this. Our prices DO NOT include VAT, GST or other country taxes. As many of you know, our terms of sale for international orders are FOB destination. This means that you pay all freight and duties or taxes. As we are shipping these products all over the world, it is impossible for us to build in the various duties, VAT and GST tax for each location through Kickstarter.

For international customers who are required to pay customs, you will receive an email from your local customs authorities asking for payment to have your order processed through customs. Unfortunately, there is no legal way around customs. Once you make that payment to the customs broker your order will be processed for final delivery.

SHIPPING POLICY

If our shipping carrier attempts delivery to you and you don't get it because you’re not there, wrong address, moved without notifying us, and the package returns back to our warehouse, it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay the shipping fee to reship the order. When you receive your tracking #, please keep an eye out for the package.”

We have been getting emails from people who are taking trips soon and are SO excited to use their NOMATIC Luggage, so we wanted to give you our best guess on the timeline for your orders. This is only our best guess, please know we are doing everything we can to get you these rewards as soon as possible but this timeline could change should delays/problems arise that are out of our control.

Monthly Update – Ahead of schedule!

Hey Backers,

Another month has come and gone, so we just wanted to keep you up to speed on our progress. Manufacturing is well underway and in fact, we are slightly ahead of schedule! The luggage is looking amazing! Here is a short video of the production line:

We just wanted to give you a quick update and some peace of mind that everything is on track to deliver on time, or even a little earlier than we promised. More to come in future updates. We can’t wait to get these rewards in your hands.
